Items purchased online are generally available for delivery, or shipping within one to two weeks. Some custom and special-order items such as canvas prints that must be printed by third party service providers may require more time. Provide your email address with your order and any specific questions or requests (such as specific shipping instructions or dates you will be available or unavailable to receive your items). Local delivery is available for any orders purchased online.
Local delivery (up to 15 miles from the gallery) is available free of charge.
Most items will be shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground except for some oversized items that will require a freight carrier. Our original art items usually ship within 5 to 10 days or sooner, though it may take longer to ship to Western U.S. locations. Some items such as canvas prints that must include printing and shipping time from third-party printing service providers may take longer to ship. Our shipping our shipping is free of charge.
Three Fish Gallery has a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, packed with the same materials and in the same manner as it was received in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, canvas prints we advance-pay third parties to print are not returnable.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@threefishgallery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and act accordingly. Please save all your packing materials. Should it be determined any goods were damaged in shipping, we will contact the carrier and a representative of that carrier will contact you to inspect the packaging materials and methods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products or canvas prints we advance-pay third parties to print.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
